Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife got the interim custody of our girl child who is now 7yrs. We both are working and child is in 3rd party's care. My wife is not keeping the custody with her because she is not finding the job to relocate to city where she has kept the child in sister's custody. 1) Is it necessary for me to file visiting rights. 2) how early can I be granted for visiting rights. 3) can I demand for visiting rights including 50% of her school vacations rights. 4) is it necessary to challenge the court's decision of granting custody to my wife to win max benefit towards visiting right appeal.
