My wife got the interim custody of our girl child who is 7 yrs, but whereas my wife is not keeping the custody of child, rather she has kept the child with her elder sister in a diff city away from both patents. Is it allowed by law or can court punish my wife for not keeping the child with or not allowing the child to live with her father atleast. Please give your opinion on how to stop my wife working and resettle in the city with new job where she has kept the child in sisters custody. She is misleading the law of court by stating child is in her care.

no, it is not allowed by law and she is supposed to take care of the child herself. you may file a petition for custody as you the natural guardian and definitely can take better care of the child rather than her aunt. in caseshe is misleading the court, file a contempt against her.
