My wife in July 2003 had aborted our first child when baby was 3 months. She was job and career oriented lady. Now she has put allegation that I forced her to abort the kid due to finance problems of mine.
She has also put allegation I kept her hunger without food. She herself didnt eat food in your home she use to have party late night come drunk with her friends. Her male boss used to drop her by Car
She has put allegations that we suspect on her character. She has put that we used to hit her. So what written statement I have to give. Now is demanding divorce. Im ready to give her divorce. But I dnt want to accept her allegations. So what answer should give her.

you may file a reply to her divorce petition and then try n settle the matter through mediation and go for divorce by mutual consent.
i agree with Adv Gupta, adding that making mere allegations by your wife is useless.
