You are a jealous man!! You should not bring law in between you and your wife because you might be in trouble. You should settle the matter by talking with her.

Here you do not need law, but u need common sense. In law if you want to haress any person, then there are many ways to do so. Engage a good lawyer, and he will find u the way, and only thing u have to do is to pay him his legal fees. But that will lead you no where, and rather it will spoil your relations with your wife. If you have any suspecion or any problem share it with ur wife.

Instead of asking us the questions here, you better sit with ur wife and negotiate your problem her, she will be best advsior to you, then us.

Mind you one thing, Law is the hope of last resort and not the first.

In past I have already given reply to your query.You donot have any remedy against boss if your wife is not supporting you. Contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

Have you got any solid proof about their relations because law needs fact to be proved. You cannot file a case on mere suspicion.

You should forget about filing a case against her boss; infact you should try to keep law outside of your life and and make attempts to mend your ways and bring reproachment with your wife;

please do not be jealous if your wife enjoys a higher position than you; and if you keep raising doubts on her character recklessly, you are likely to land yourself in trouble; the tenor of your complaint depicts an extremely cruel behaviour for which you can be prosecuted in criminal law.
