Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife has sent me a lawyer notice. stating that i have met her cruelty. and wants divorce by mutual consent. she wants Rs 20 lakhs as permenant alimony.
can the lawyer notice stand as a proof in the court of law, to prove my wife is trying to extract money from me for no fault of mine.
