Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife had left my home in oct-2008 and filed 125 against me in march-2009 for maintenance. we have one kid 4.5 yrs. at present the case is hiring in the court.so many time i tried to settle the matter out of court but she is not ready for that

what can i do bcz i am fedup with this matter? i am ready to live with her and i never asked for divorce

any time in the court.

Hi,

In this case why did you not file the counter case of "Restitution of Conjugal Rights"? Better consult some lawyer and have the matter resolved. You waiting for settlement wont be fruitful.
