Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, My wife has left the house and she had taken her gold with her and now she is denying for that and she has applied for CRPC 125 against me. I just want to know how can i prove that she has taken all her gold with her in court and as our marriage was done is punjab her parents have done all the arrangements in the punjab and we have paid them for all the expenses which was done for us. But can any one plss help me how to prove the gold and marriage expenses in the court which was borne by us..

You need to prove your facts by bringing cogent and reliable evidence in your support. The gold and other gifts given to her constitute her "istridhan" and she is entitled to keep with her. Try to reach an amicable settlement.
