Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife left my house 3 months back.She was insulted me in front of others after the marriage.She was threatning me of Police and Woman Cell in fit of rage.Eventhough I have not dont anything wrong with her.Now she is staying with her parents.And threatning me of 498 Act.I have never demanded dowry from her.I want divorece from her on mutual consent but she is not ready to give me.Can you please advise what to do?Please help

you can prepare your self so that in future, your parents may not be involve in this false case and can file divorce u/s 13 of HMA on the ground of cruelty.

it is advisable you file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights stating the reasons of her leaving and threatening you of implicating in false criminal cases. once she files a complaint in women cell, move an application for anticipatory bail.
