Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife left the house on 18th of August 2007 with two kids (one girl and one son) with out telling me. My parents were at home and about to sleep in the afternoon in their bedroom. Four people (my father in law, brother in law, jija of my wife and one unknown man) forcefully entered in the house and picked large number of articles from the house. They ran away in two cars. I was in the office. After a week my real uncle in the village died and later in October 07 my grandmother also died. No one visited my house for condolence. when we phoned they laughed and cracked jokes on us. My father in law always demands money from me like on his retirement, on the occasion marriage of my brother in law or for any fancy reason. He uses unparliamentarily language for me and my parents. Now my wife is working. Pl let me know what legal action I can initiate against her and others who have forcefully entered in my house. Legally How I can get my kids back. My daughter is 10.6 years old and son 5.3 years old. My wife is under the influence of her jijas and father. My father in law is greedy type of man. He always speaks negative things as there is nothing good in this world. My father visited 8 times, me 3 times and my mother visited once for talks. My father in law always misbehaved with us.
