Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife has left the husband from her parents home. Its been four months now. Now the husband has complained about the runaway of the wife after four months in police station as he wants to give sometime to her wife to come back. He has done this on the request of his wife's parents. Now after giving the complaint to police he has committed suicide by writing a note that his wife is responsible for his death as she was cruel.

Will the wife be punished for this.

no, the offence u/s 306 IPC is not made out.
