Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, My wife left me around 19 months back and now she has asked for a lot of money and accusing me of domestic violence. I am now 30% disabled as certified by Doctors. Please suggest if she can lodge FIR or any Women cell will help her? Will my diability certificate be helpful? She calls me and threatns me of case. I have a daughter who is with her.
