Second wife and legal rights

I have a elder sister and younger brother.My father & Mother are Tamil Nadu state Goverment employees(both retired now).My father married another women ''illegally''(without any permission from my ma) and has 2 male childs(18 years & 26 years).My father is now with the 2nd family and spends to 2nd family by selling our grandpa's property(He is getting the goverment pension also! is it legal?)and wants to give all his belongings to 2 wife children.Is there a legal support for us?What can i do to claim it?

if it is ancestral prperty you have a share

Your father is NOT entitled to sell off the ancestral property and deprive other legal heirs of their share. You may seek an injunction against alienations by him.
