Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is not living with me i filled a case of section 9 under hindu marriage act.Now my wife parents complaint to local police(I dont know regarding what purpose)

What should i do now?

If they file a case or domestic violence or 498.

Can i arrest ...?

I am not living with my family they disowned me can my family arrest...?

Please help

you cannot be arrested in domestic violence case and in

case they lodge a complaint u/s 498a, you may seek anticipatory bail. in any situation, there are very less chances of you getting arrested. you family can also seek anticipatory bail.

It is not necessary that police arrests you. But even then go for an anticipatory bail for your self and for your family.
