My wife has been living with her parents for past five months and not want to live with me,she and her family wants that i also live with my wife's parents in their home but i dont agree of their that proposal.and to create pressure upon me they blamed me different aligation and they also admit a police case with section 307. sugget me what i do and how can i get bail from court

you need to file an anticipatory bail before the court of sessions judge citing it as a matrimonial dispute and in case she does not want to live with you, you cannot compel her to live with you as she cannot compel you to live with her parents.
It is too early to find out a solution through courts or legal process. You should seek bail and then try to make all possible efforts for a compromise with your wife and in-laws; Litigation will be very costly and time consuming causing loss to both the families; should be avoided as faras possible.
