Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife and I are living separately since 2006. My 2 children are taken care by me, the father. My wife is not willing to go for mutual divorce nor for a patch up. If not mutual, is there any law which gives automatic divorce or one sided divorce option as per Indian law?

One sided Divorce is known as ex parte Divorce but before you get this kind of Divorce ,you have to file a Contesting divorce and subsequently your wife does not or refuses to appear before the court only in this eventuality ,the court would passes a Decree of Divorce Ex-parte.
