Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife has been living separately since two years at my in-laws place and haven't agreed to come back (she is neither saying no nor she is coming???). What are my options and what would be the best way to proceeed.

You have two option now. Either to give her Divorce or file for restitution of Conjugal rights. Now you have to decide ,which option you would like to pick.

My friend it is high time when you should think over it. As from your question appears that you dont want to end your marrital life therefore I'll suggest you that you should immediately go for RCR under Sec. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.

you may seek elderly intervention in this matter and try to sort this matter out amicably instead of taking any legal action. in case the things go from bad to worst, you may come back to lawyers.
