My wife a I are living separetly from sep 2008 we have neither seen each other or talked or lived together since then she dosent wants to live with me , neither I so I have filed a divorce case against her are there any chances of getting divorce , she also wants to fight the case. Pls advise

When both of you have decided not live with each other then the best way would be tpo go for Mutual Consent Divorce. Talk to your wife with this idea and i am sure she 'll grab it.
