Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife ll lodge file in court.i dont want to live with her.i feel unsafe.because she drive to commit suicide .she mite do this again.she is demanding maintenance from me. she gave us dowry list.but we are not able to give it back.

how can i get rid of it?

If you have taken Dowry, you have to give it back, you don't have option. It seems that you have not disclosed all facts.
