My wife have made a complaint in women cell against me amd my family members . for demamding dowry. which is 100 % fabricated by her and her family members.
a call from women cell have received and they said us to visit us in their office.
pls suggest me that just on phone call we have to visit their office or not.
its legal that they can call us by giving just phone call. or some offical letter from women cell they have to send us .
my wife live in harayana and myself in delhi.
pls also suggest me only one or two of us can go their and solve the issue or everyone have to go their.

the women cell should send you summons to appear before them but as you living in delhi and your wife is in haryana, they must have called you for conciliation. it is better if you apply for anticipatory bail and seek time that in case f.i.r is lodged, you get a week s time to seek anticipatory bail.
