can wife make an injunction application restraining the husband from transferring his property or house which is not a sharehousehold but the same is claimed by her in domestic violence complaint

The property or house which is on joint name of the husband and his mother but the same is not a sharehousehold.

yes, an injunction may be granted against husband from relinquishing his share in the property.

yes but generally it is seen that the lower courts does'nt grant stay/injunction order easily.
