can wife make an injunction application restraining the husband from transferring his property or house which is not a sharehousehold but the same is claimed by her in domestic violence complaint

The property or house which is on joint name of the husband and his mother but the same is not a sharehousehold

can you help me on law point, that is under which section of domestic violence act an injunction may be granted
