my wife has few marks on her body and she has photographed it and now wants divorce on cruelty

to me, your question itself is not clear. If you mean to say that she is alleging that the marks on the body have been caused by physical beating by you, then, certainly, that is one ground to substantiate cruelty. Ofcourse, she will have to prove that those marks are inflicted because of beating by you.
