my wife has get second marriage without any proof and without getting divorce from me.i have a 6 years old boy living with her.now she is ready to get divorce with me but is not ready to give child custody to me.please help me.

file a complaint to the local ploce first against your wife for contacting second marriage and also file a petition for custody of child under Guardian and wards act in the court of Guardian Judge
The second marriage is null and void and you can sue her under the Bigamy law (494 ipc) but what do you want ?
