me and my wife have been married since 2 years 9 months. At insistence of my wife i have agreed for mutual divorce because she told me on my face that she never loved me and got married to me only because i loved her madly and had left my parents to marry her. Since past six months she is in regular touch with a married man and exchanges very intimate sexual content SMSs with him very frequently. she has also met his parents and stayed with them for two nights. When confronted, she admitted to me that she loves that man. we have a 2 year old son. she wants custody of the son. i promised her that i would not like to separate the child from her. I want to know what should i do under these circumstances?

in case she is in love with some one else, there is no point prolonging the agony of all. you may settle the custody issue and seek divorce by mutual consent.
