My wife is Master Degree qualified in computer but right now she is not working and she is asking for Divorce, is she will still allow to get the maintenance from me although she is highly educated.

Yes you will have to pay her the maintanance. But if you contest properly then there are qhuite high chances that you might save your self from paying maintanance in final order.

Her right of maintenance flows from your income and not from her qualification. However, if she is earning, that may be a consideration for the court to determine the quantum of maintenance.
