Please Help.......
My wife has moved to her parent�s house refusing to stay with my parents in the same house and has asked for a mutual divorce. She has also taken my 13 months old daughter along with her. She does not work (job) but her father does. How can I get back my daughter? They have refused letting me see my daughter when I requested. It is detrimental that all the legal aspects are in favor of women and people like us are left to suffer. Please advise.

You should provide adequate alimony for your wife and daughter and do some introspection as to the reasons of her leaving you despite having a child.
It is not without reason that a girl will leave her matrimonial home. You should try to sea reason and mend your ways, tender her appropriate apologies and try to win her back.

You have to compromise as to the law its very tough to obtain the custody of your daughter who is just 13 months.
Its better to put a condition mutually.

Try to compromise as it is very difficult for you to get custody of your daughter who is just 13 months old.However you can seek permission of the court and meet her. If the efforts for compromise unfortunately fails you can even in mutual consent terms put a term to meet the daughter.
