Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has sent me Notice u/s, 10(ix) of Divorce Act 1869 praying for a decree of divorcee,

She has given lots of false in it. Almost all bundle of lies not a single truth. With not unbelievable false charges.

Very Important Note: So should I even write false charges against her in my petition.. A bundle of lies.

But even I want to give her mutual divorcee and get out this hell.

Is this is solution lies for lies and false charges. Will it help ? It a wrong should I or not. What is the procedure, Help me out.

Please guide.

you may file an application u/s 340 of criminal procedure code in case you have a proof that she lied on oath.
