Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife parens took her just before delivery , saying she is being tortured here . i alone stay with my wife n my parens occasionally visit us .now after repeated calls she not willing to come saying she not safe . they don let me meet my child . all talks with relatives of no use . she had an affair before marriage n i don know if it continued after , as we have differen places of working in differnt cities n she was not interested i should come n work in her city . i felt bad n continued to work with visits to her in her city fortnightly , she hardly visited me saying its hectic for her . this created a lot of troublesin my life n her parens support her , i m in extreme pain .what should i do . they say if u trouble us we will register fir/case. they have kept record of smses which i might have send her durings fight , i have a few with me too but not as many as she has. thanks
