my wife went her parents house and sue me 125 for maintaince. i am suffering from dipression and i am unemployed now a days and my fathes is a shopkeeper. their lawyer shaw that i am doing business with my father and my interim maintaince is decided 2000 rupees per month and i have a child about two and half years old now he is with his mother and i want to know that can i made application in court to meet my child in under section 125. please suggest what will i do now. and judge is saying that depression is not a disease i show all medical report in court but judga not accept depression a disease is there is any case by that my wife and her parents will got into pressure please tell and i want to meet my child pleae suggest me thankyou

as she has not taken custody of child from the court u can meet your child
if she denies give legal notice
and than u can ask for visitation rights from the court
