Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife petitioned for annulling my marriage to the church in 2005. In 2006 she sent me a notice of RCR (restitution for conjugal rights as a stunt to get more alimony) . In 2007 my marriage was annulled ex-parte by church. She has not yet filed for civil divorce.

In case I file for civil divorce now, do I have to still pay alimony if I tell the court that she petitioned successfully for annulling my marriage, her subsequent RCR has no meaning as it is contradictory to her original intention as my church marriage was annulled by her and not by me?.

You may bring the entire information / documents on record and make the proposed plea. The court may pass appropriate orders of alimony.
