Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife had put a case of 498 code against me through police complaint .and deposite to passport.But in presence of judge she told we had mutual aggrede and judge has release all family members.But if case will run.Can court ask me to depostite passport? In which case Court ask to depostite passport? Please reply immediatly

I needede aswer for:

1) If i will leave India for Job while running said court case. What will be a complication come.?

2) All delegets court had given bail...in this case court may say or not to deposite passport?
