Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has put the case with IPC no-323, 504,506,498,120(B),114 on my whole family including my brother who is willing to go to abroad for further study so he can go for it or not.

There may not be a straight answer to your question. A lot wil depend upon stage of the criminal case. It may be proper to seek court's permission for leaving the country.
