Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has put the 498(A) case on me/my family and blame me all the wrong reasons about dowry and mental/physical tortured by me but I am taking oath here that I never perform such activities nor I asked about any dowry as I am S/W eng and working in one of the US company and earning well, please advise me is there any laws for husband to save himself and his family.

Yes, the law provides protection to innocent victims. However, you should not be oblivious of women's rights and your duties. If you are earning well, you should start providing maintenance to your wife without her demanding anything from you; and you should return all her istridhan.
