Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has recently filed false 498a against me and my family members. Im the only son of my parents (even no sisters) and my father expired long back,

I have a minor child with 6 years now my doubt is can my wife claim myself or my parents property? if so, what are the precautions to be taken to prevent her to claim the same?

kindly help me as we are afraid of this issue.

she can claim the share for child if the property is ancestral and in your situation, when your father is no more and if it was purchased by your father, your child also has an equal share in the property. however, you may settle the mater with your wife for the sake of your child.
