My wife registered a case under Section 13 of HMA in connection with divorce but I dont want divorce, how to defend the case registered under Section 13 [1(ia)] of hma? (has, after the solemnization of the marriage, treated the petitioner with cruelty)

you may defend your case by rebutting her allegations of cruelty and making submissions regarding the acts of cruelty, if any, committed by her upon you. as you fully aware the facts of your own case, convey them to your lawyer in order to prepare an effective reply.
