Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife is not residing with me from above one year without any reasons.i have to issue her notice for restitution of conjugal rights.suggest format of notice

i think that you may directly file a suit for restitution of conjugal life. there is no provision for giving a notice before filing that suit.
