My wife send me the notice from an NGO about the dowry case. She include me, my mother , my sister(mrd) and unmarried.
We have 11 months to marriage and she stay here only 15-20 days. then after 11th month she send me the notice.
I am living in Noida and my wife is living in Nanital.
What should be our action now.Can you please suggest me.

First you have to reply properly. Approach a lawyer and send the reply to the notice.
an NGO can take cognizance of a dowry complaint. you first decide what you want. you want her back or want to divorce her. the legal advice be given accordingly.
