Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife has separated from me for over a year now & has run away to her parent's house with the daughter. I have the visitation rights obtained from the high court on fortnightly basis. my wife does not allow me to speak to my child over phone by saying that such a provision is not specified in the high court order.
is it legal to stop the biological father to prevent him from speaking to the child over phone? If my wife has a problem, is not she supposed to obtain an order from the competent court of law to the effect that stops me from talking to my child?
please advise at the earliest about my legal standing & right to speak to my own daughter over phone.
