Legal Question in Family Law in India

if me and my wife separated for years, what will happen if they dont apply for divorce, as i requested them many times but still they are not ready to solve, they are taking it serious what will happen ?

Without the decree of divorce marriage will continue. You have to take a decree from the court of law.
