Legal Question in Family Law in India

If a wife separates from husband leaving her marital home taking their child & doesnt allow him to meet the child, what legal recourse is there under Indian law? Neither party has applied for divorce in hope of reconciliation.

Hello,

If, there is a possibility of reconciliation, we prefer that a mediation including relatives of both side should me conducted as soon as possible.

If, such talks fails than u have option to file custody of children or visiting rights.
