my wife wants to stay with my mom & dad rather than me she says that she is not satisfied with my behaviour she says that i am short-tempered and i dont earn a lot to satisfy her wants she has not got belief in me that i will not look after her she is just 20 years old i will get just about what ever she wants except gold which she is very fond of my earning is arround 3 lakhs i have got another 1.5 lakhs of debts can i get divorce on this ground

it may not be advisable for you to go and stay with parents if you had been living independently. If she does not want to stay with you only for her lust for gold, it may be considered as cruelty which is a ground for divorce.
I do not agree with the above opinion. You do not have any ground for divorce. On the contrary, she may have a good ground of 'domestic violence' and may seek your criminal prosecution if you torture her. The fact that she wants to live wiht your Mom and Dad shows that she is a good girl having family values and following family traditions. thinking about divorce may be harmful for you and unsunstainable in law.
