a) The jewellary taken by her has no relevancy with maintenance; she is entitled to all the jewellary;

b) the deposit of rs. one lac in favour of your daughter may also not be counted for this purpose.

c) You may be liable to pay her maintenance as per your "standard of living" on the date of separation.

You can file divorce while she is still living with you. In that case, your liability for maintenance may be reduced since she will be 'sharing' the accommodation.

If possible, avoid trouble and try to settle the matter amicably.
