Legal Question in Family Law in India

My ex wife is staying with a member of parliament . Knowing this we divorced with mutual consent. though there is court order for visiting rights she is writing nonsense to me and not allowing me to see my children and talk to them. I have all the proof to prove their relation and she has illegal child with the MP. please advise legal course of action
