Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Wife is staying in my parents house. I and my Wife are staying separately since last 1 1/2 yrs. We are not in good talking terms. I do not own owe any property. We have 2 kids aged 4 (Twins). my Query is can I get a Divorce and who gets the custody of the child. what compensation would the court ask me to give my wife.

you can apply for divorce but getting custody of such small children is next to impossible. compensation depends on various factors.

My friend before proceeding for divorce think 100 times about your children as they need both (MOTHER & FATHER).
