Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has been staying in Pune and me in Kolhapur for the past 8 months. I can no longer afford staying in a costly city like Pune, so I shifted to Kolhapur. She lives in my parents' house in Pune. She insists that she will never quit staying in Pune come what may because she likes living in Pune more than anything else. We also have a 6-month-old son, who she has been keeping in daycare since he was 3 months old, which I am extremely upset about. I wish to divorce her and get the custody of my son - is it possible?

No. You don't have good grounds for divorce.
