my wife terminated pregnancy (abortion) in feb 2010 without my consent and when asked about this she threatened to implicate me and my family members in 498A, now she lived with her parents( father is an army officer) in U.P. meerut i had never asked for dowry etc suggest what can i do to save myself and my parents from the agony. i am from uttarakhand.

To carry a child has to be primarily a woman's decision since her very life can be endangered. You should not make it an ego issue and fight over your not being a consenting party. Try to reach an amicable settlement and understand the ground realities. Litigation may cause you unncessary and avoidable harm.
