Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife is threatening to put a Domestic violence against me.Is there a possibility i will lose my job?Is it better to stay with my wife or face domestic violence charges.Both are pain which would be a better option .If i don agree to take her home back she will book a case against me.What should i do.I am pleading her to agree for a mutual divorce but she is int agreeing. What will happen if she puts a DV case against me and my parents.Pls help

no you will not lose job in DV case. if you want her back you can live with her and if not then hire a good lawyer to defend the case and prove yourself innocent. if you intend to go for divorce you can file a petition and let her contest. (if she agrees for mutual consent divorce then its much better for both of you)
If both situations are equally painful for you, it may be much much better to take her home and "suffer" her company. This sufferance is the fruit of marriage which you should happily enjoy.
