if wife working and drawing good amount of salary and saying in court marriage was not consumed.My question was if she saying marriage was not consumed, she is eligiable for maintance/permanent allon mey?

If she is earning a handsome amount, at least equal to afford a 'standard of living' as was available while living with you, no maintenance may be awarded.

non consummation of marriage is no ground for denial of maintenance but her earning capacity matters.
