If wife is working but she is staying with her parents then:

Q1- Wud she be entitled for maintance under 125 and under DV?

Q2- Wud she be entitled for Residential right undr Dv?

Q3- What other rights does she claim from her husband ?

if she is working and can maintain the same status as she was having before seperation, then there will be no further maintainance.

Residential right under DV is independant of maintainance, though maintainance includes right to residence.

she has a right to claim restitution of matrimonial rights.
