Wifes right on husbands property

My husband having extra marital relationship has thrown out me and our both kids from the rental home and is not living with us.

he has acquired a property after this.

my question is:

how much claim as a wife i have on this house as our kids are both minor.

under desertion, maintenance and any other law can i claim 50% on his property, income and joint assets.

you have all the rights to reside in the house but you cannot seek claim on his self acquired property but as your husband is duty bound to maintain you, you and your children have all the right to reside in the house and also seek mainteance from him. you may file a complaint under domestic violence act in case he deprives you or the children from basic amenities.
